Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong expertise in

Advanced Excel, Power BI, and MIS reporting

. The role involves preparing dashboards, generating reports, analyzing business data, and supporting management in decision-making through accurate and timely data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain

MIS reports and dashboards

using

Excel and Power BI

. Apply advanced Excel functions such as

VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Conditional Formatting

, etc. Automate reports and streamline data processes for efficiency. Monitor, validate, and ensure data accuracy in all reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements. Generate performance tracking reports, daily/weekly/monthly dashboards, and trend analysis. Provide actionable insights to management through meaningful data visualization and analysis.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Advanced Excel expertise

(VLOOKUP, Pivot, Index-Match, Macros, Data Validation). Strong knowledge of

Power BI

for interactive dashboards and data visualization. Experience in

MIS reporting

and business analytics. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset. Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy. Good communication and presentation skills.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate in Commerce / Statistics / Computer Science / Business Administration (B.Com, BBA, BCA, etc.). 1-3 years of experience in MIS reporting / Data Analysis. Certification in

Excel / Power BI / Data Analytics

will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
