Job Role & Responsibilities
Handling day-to-day back office operations and administrative tasks
Data entry, verification, and maintenance of records
Preparing MIS reports and updating system records
Coordination with sales, collection, and accounts teams
Maintaining customer files, loan documents, and branch records
Handling emails, internal communication, and documentation
Supporting branch operations to ensure smooth workflow
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Knowledge of VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / Pivot Table will be an added advantage
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
Experience
Freshers can apply
1-2 years of experience in back office or NBFC/finance sector will be preferred
Salary
?11,000 - ?16,000 CTC per month
Salary is
negotiable and based on experience, skills, and interview performance
