Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Advanced Excel Professional

to support pricing and customer management activities. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Excel tools and functions, strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. The role involves handling large datasets, creating dynamic dashboards, managing customer pricing records, and supporting decision-making through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update pricing databases and customer records using Excel. Analyze sales, pricing, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities. Develop advanced Excel tools (e.g., dashboards, pivot tables, Power Query, macros) for reporting and analysis. Support the creation and implementation of pricing strategies for different customer segments. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across pricing and customer databases. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management and sales teams. Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams to validate and update pricing. Assist in pricing simulations, margin analysis, and profitability tracking. Provide support in preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders. Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field. 2+ years of experience in a similar role involving pricing or customer data management.

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel

, including: PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH Data validation, conditional formatting Advanced formulas and functions Power Query / Power Pivot Macros and VBA (preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
