  • Support the global LCAR business user community in the planning, analysis, design, development, and support of technology solutions to meet varied business requirements and application enhancements.
  • Work with team members to establish a firm technical and architectural understanding of the LCAR application portfolio, including data source systems, extraction and transformation processes, and data delivery to downstream reporting and applications.
  • Understand in detail the BAU and production support processes to serve as an effective member of the prod support team.
  • Be well versed in systematic problem-solving and troubleshooting methods to root cause issues reported by business partners in application functionality and features.
  • Be thoroughly familiar with Invesco\xe2\x80\x99s Change Management process to implement bug fixes or release new application enhancements into Production.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and production support activities while contributing on assigned projects.
The Experience You Bring
  • 5 to 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as an IT developer with skillsets as detailed below.
  • 1 to 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Cloud based technologies; Snowflake, AWS, Azure
  • At least 3 to 5 years in ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NETSQL SERVER
  • BI/ETL tools
  • Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt new technologies.
  • Team Player, open to a flexible schedule including weekend support when needed.
  • Familiarity with the Investment Services industry is a plus.
Academic requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Computer Science.
  • Certifications in any Cloud technologies such as AWS is a plus.
