We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with deep expertise inprogrammatic advertising technology to drive product strategy and execution for our ad-techplatform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with core ad-tech technologyand a proven track record of delivering complex technical products in the digital advertisingecosystem.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Vision
Define and execute product roadmap for ad-tech solutions including ad exchanges,demand-side platforms (DSP), supply-side platforms (SSP), and ad servinginfrastructure
Identify market opportunities and competitive positioning within the programmaticadvertising landscape
Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business development teams toprioritize features that drive revenue growth and operational efficiencyTechnical Product Management
Lead product development for OpenRTB-compliant bidding systems and real-timeauction mechanisms
Oversee integration and optimization of Prebid.js implementations for header biddingsolutions
Manage product requirements for ad serving technology, including creative rendering,viewability measurement, and fraud detection
Drive technical specifications for API development, data pipelines, and reportingdashboardsCross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technicalspecifications
Partner with sales and account management to understand client needs and marketfeedback
Collaborate with data teams on audience segmentation, campaign optimizationalgorithms, and performance analytics
Coordinate with compliance and legal teams on privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)and industry standardsRequired Qualifications:Technical Expertise
15+ years of product management experience in ad-tech, with at least 3 years focusedon programmatic advertising
Deep understanding of ad exchange operations, real-time bidding (RTB), andpublisher integrations
Hands-on experience with OpenRTB protocol (versions 2.x and 3.x) and relatedspecifications
Proficiency with Prebid.js, Prebid Server, and header bidding implementationstrategies
Knowledge of ad serving technologies, creative formats, and trafficking workflows
Understanding of data management platforms (DMP), customer data platforms(CDP), and identity resolutionIndustry Knowledge? Strong grasp of programmatic advertising ecosystem including buyers, sellers, andintermediaries? Experience with major ad-tech vendors (Google Ad Manager, Amazon DSP, TheTrade Desk, etc.)? Understanding of digital advertising measurement, attribution models, and analyticsplatforms? Knowledge of privacy frameworks, consent management, and cookieless targetingsolutionsSkills & Experience? Proven ability to manage complex technical products with multiple stakeholders? Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools? Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data and market trends? Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBApreferredPreferred Qualifications? Experience with server-side ad insertion (SSAI) and connected TV (CTV) advertising? Knowledge of machine learning applications in ad-tech (bid optimization, audiencemodelling)? Previous experience at ad exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, or major publishers? Understanding of video advertising standards (VAST, VPAID) and mobile advertisingprotocols?
