Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
campaigns
Plan, execute, and optimize
Google Ads
(Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
Conduct audience research, targeting & retargeting
Perform keyword research and bidding strategy optimization
Create high-converting ad copies and coordinate with creatives
Set up and monitor conversion tracking (Pixel, GTM, GA)
A/B test ads, creatives, and landing pages
Monitor daily performance and optimize for ROI
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Required Skills & Experience:
1-3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
Strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager & Google Ads Dashboard
Experience in lead generation, e-commerce, or service-based campaigns
Knowledge of tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, GTM)
Analytical mindset with performance optimization skills
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, IT, or related field
Digital Marketing / Google Ads / Meta Ads certifications are a plus
Working Hours:
4-5 hours per day (Flexible schedule)
