Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
Handle and monitor monthly ad spends of ?20-30 Lakhs with a focus on maximizing ROI.
Create, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Build and maintain performance dashboards using Excel and other reporting tools.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
Collaborate with content and design teams for ad creatives.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Prepare weekly/monthly campaign performance reports and present insights to the leadership team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in managing paid ads (Google, Facebook/Instagram, and others).
Proven experience handling ad budgets of ?20-30 Lakhs per month.
Strong expertise in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, data analysis, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other performance tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good to Have
Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads.
Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or performance-driven industries.
Knowledge of automation and reporting tools (e.g., Data Studio, Power BI).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
