About the Role:

The Impact Engine is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Ads Manager

to support our digital marketing efforts. You will assist in managing ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to the overall success of our paid marketing strategy. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up and managing ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other digital platforms. Monitor daily performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. Support the creation of ad creatives by coordinating with designers and copywriters. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Suggest optimizations based on campaign data and performance trends. Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices. Collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and deliver expected outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Google and Meta Ads management. Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of digital advertising.
