About the Role:

MetaBlock Technologies is looking for a data-driven and results-obsessed

Ads Expert

to join our dynamic digital marketing team. If you live and breathe paid campaigns, know how to make every rupee count, and can turn clicks into conversions, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and optimize high-performing

paid campaigns

on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms. Manage ad budgets efficiently with a proven record of handling ?20 lakhs+ in ad spend. Conduct

keyword research

, audience targeting, A/B testing, and competitor analysis. Track, analyze, and report on KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and optimize accordingly. Collaborate with designers and content teams to create engaging ad creatives and copy. Stay updated with algorithm changes, ad trends, and platform policies. Set up and monitor

conversion tracking

using Google Tag Manager, Pixel, etc.

Requirements:

Must have spent over 15 lakhs on ads 5+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Search, Display, Video & Social) Deep understanding of

PPC strategy

, funnel optimization, and retargeting Strong analytical skills and expertise in

Google Analytics

,

GTM

, and ad dashboards Experience managing large ad budgets across multiple campaigns Certifications in

Google Ads

and

Facebook Blueprint

are a plus Excellent communication and campaign presentation skills
