Role Description

You will be responsible for supporting the quality assurance stream for reference data KPIs in relation to the adoption activity across the organization. You will assist in challenging and review stakeholder inputs and present your deliverables and observations to management. The role has significant growth potential with specific regard to the strategic book of work outlined by the Group Data Office.

Your key responsibilities

• Quality assurance governance support for reference data responsible for embedding the quality assurance framework in the second line of defence, to include validation of divisional inputs and raising relevant observations to the wider stakeholder group.
• Highlight the value of efficient data management by partnering with

members of the organisation to drive forward the adoption agenda.

• Independent validation of the Reference Data KPI production process i.e. the collation, aggregation, and reporting of the KPIs to relevant governance forums and challenging the evidence provided in satisfaction of the reporting requirements.
• Monitoring the maturity of reference data adoption and embedding the Reference Data Adoption Framework across the stakeholder group. If necessary, challenge the calculation methodologies, target definitions, and the stakeholder input provided.
• Gathering the benefits and business outcomes for the adoptions happening within the divisions and functions.
• Support the Adoptions Quality Assurance team in implementing wider Group Chief Data Officer (CDO) agenda through advocating and implementing policies, frameworks, and standards.

Your skills and experience

• Keen to broaden understanding of controls and business process \xe2\x80\xa6\xe2\x80\xa6
• Passion for designing reporting solutions that directly meet stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 needs and are sustainable to support
• Is organized and logical in the way they approach tasks
• Keen interest in organization wide data management and the efficient implementation of data strategy across businesses and functions
• Experience in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.) and SAP
• Desirable: knowledge of DB Internal Systems
• Prince2/PMP desirable
