Job Description

Title: Customer Service / Tech CS Process



Location: Jaipur

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities



Drive sales through consultative conversations and upselling /cross-selling where applicable.

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls/chat/email. Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions. Meet performance targets (CSAT, Sales, Productivity, Quality, etc.). Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria



Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Sales experience (International BPO preferred). Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written). Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs. Graduation is mandatory. Immediate joiners preferred

Compensation



1+years Customer Service/Sales Exp.: 40,500 CTC + 1,500 PLI 2 years 42,500 CTC+ 1,500 PLI 3 years Exp.: ?44,500 CTC + ?1,500 PLI
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
