Job Description
Required Technical Skill Set Good Knowledge in JavaScript & jQquery Adobe Target(A/B test, Automated Personalization, Experience Targeting, Multivariate Testing, Recommendations.) Adobe Launch usage is must Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) 7+ years professional experience, with 3+ years on Adobe Target Work with marketing and business partners Deep experience with troubleshooting skils in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Strong experience in all the types of activities A/B test, Automated Personalization, Experience Targeting, Multivariate Testing, Recommendations. Good understanding/exposure to cross-product integration (Target - AEM, Target - AAM, Target - Analytics, etc. ). Proficient in Tag Management Solutions preferably Adobe Launch. Knowledge of Web Analytics Strong organizational and analytical skills. Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Deliver the website optimization and customized experience strategies across touchpoints Prepare detailed Solution design and implementation of Analytics through Tag Manager for given digital Property Assist with A/B and multi-variate content test setup, execution, trouble shooting and measurement Drive technical effort working with IT partners, site management and creative to ensure timely execution of testing and/or personalization cadence. Implement and solutionise multi solution use cases
