Key Accountabilities: Enable Adobe Target features and functionality within digital channels that include web and mobile platforms. Configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target to develop customer-centric journeys and campaigns . Perform A/B tests, Multivariate tests, experience targeting among others. Partner with design teams to design and enable targeting, online testing and recommendations to support the delivery of multichannel experiences. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to delivering personalized experiences. Provide consulting on prioritization, sizing, and timelines for maturing Adobe Target capabilities within the Adobe Experience Cloud (AEC) Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure end to end test cases are accounted for during user acceptance testing. Communicate and partner with upstream and downstream teams regarding the execution against the desired test and learn strategy. Maintain appropriate controls and documentation to ensure compliance of all necessary artifacts. Proactively stay on top of emerging trends and software for customer-centric digital experience personalization Experience Requirement: Minimum of 2-3 years developing in support of A/B testing and site personalization efforts preferably leveraging Adobe Target as a platform Experience in setting up platform integrations (e.g., Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics). Experience in front end web development. Exposure to multiple end-to-end Adobe target Implementations. Adobe Target Certification - Adobe or equivalent Experience in AEP is beneficial.
