• Seeking qualified hands on Technical Director/Senior Principal Architect to lead and scale our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Work front practice.
• This leader will drive the end-to-end technical strategy, delivery excellence, and innovation across Adobe solutions, ensuring seamless integration, robust governance, and business value for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Practice Leadership:
• Support the growth of the AEM & Work front practice, collaborating with practice leaders to define the vision, technology roadmap, and delivery standards
• Lead architecture review boards, define best practices, and ensure solution quality and scalability across multiple client engagements.
• Support TA and L&D teams to drive recruitment, training, and mentorship to build a high-performing, future-ready technical team.
• Technical Delivery & Governance:
• Oversee solution architecture, implementation, and integration of Adobe AEM (Sites, Assets, Forms, Headless/Cloud) and Workfront, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology standards
• Serve as the final approver for technical proposals, estimations, and SOWs; manage risk and ensure robust project governance.
• Guide teams in adopting agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: o
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable digital solutions
• Lead technical workshops, discovery sessions, and solution presentations with executive stakeholders.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
• Stay ahead of Adobe platform advancements, driving adoption of new features and collaboration within practices (e.g., AEM as a Cloud Service, AEP, Campaign, Analytics, Target, Work front integrations)
• Identify opportunities for automation, accelerators, and process optimization within the content supply chain and marketing operations
• Champion the adoption of best practices in security, performance, and compliance.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• 15+ years of IT experience, with at least 10 years in enterprise content management and digital marketing platforms and architectural expertise in building and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including architecture, migration, cloud, and integration with Adobe Experience Cloud suite
• Ability to lead Workfront implementations, including platform setup, workflow design, integration with CMS and MarTech systems, and user on boarding
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling technical practices and mentoring senior architects and engineers.
• Strong client-facing skills, and experience with agile delivery, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
• Adobe Certified Master Architect (AEM) and/or Workfront certifications strongly preferred
