Over the past 40 years we have built a universe of index and active strategies across asset classes to help our clients, and those who rely on them, achieve their investment goals.\' What\'s the Role: We are looking for passionate Digital Content Publisher and AEM Developer with domain expertise in Adobe Experience Manger 6.5 (classic or touch UI) and analytics and is naturally curious, comfortable operating in a fast paced environment and finding creative solutions. You will be responsible for the delivery of repeatable, measurable Articles, Landing pages and the maintenance of SSGA websites along with fund documents. Focus on managing existing responsibilities as well as expanding coverage and adoption for Digital Publishing and CMS tool, improve the user experience, and partner with broader organization, along with leading and managing the team through effective talent management and execution on business priorities. Responsibilities: You will work closely with various Stake holders and internal teams to manage content updates and publishing for the SSGA websites and its maintenance. Work with the team that will assist in Front-end HTML development, providing front-end troubleshooting support to the Digital team. Work and Develop new components and enhancements, assist the team in utilization of AEM tool and provide all required technical support locally and globally. You will ensure that best practice SEO and accessibility guidelines are followed. You will collaborate with the Design team on web design concepts and page layouts to maximize page conversion, ensuring all pages published have been through a high level of quality assurance and consistency. You will be operating within brand style guidelines and code standards and will need to ensure these are adhered to policies the design system and VI are followed at all times whilst authoring new and existing pages. You will help implement and maintain project/issue tracking for all publishing requests come to Bangalore team. You will report on page metrics, ensuring KPIs are captured at the start of a project before measuring analytics to improve and iterate throughout. You will be required to work closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure digital marketing regulations are adhered. You will be closely aligned with firm priorities and learn from various areas of the business and their target client types/personas. You will work both independently and as part of a team, while setting priorities and providing regular project status and updates. You will work in a global team collaborating with colleagues by sharing projects, knowledge and experience. Skills & Qualifications: 10-12 years of experience with modern CMS\'s, AEM in particular/AEM Certification on production and execution of campaigns within a Digital marketing or marketing operations organization. Business to Business marketing experience within in the financial services industry Understanding of asset management sector/products Experience of assisting in web content translation/localization processes across multiple global websites Demonstrated ability to juggle different priorities with strong attention to detail within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Curiosity, flexibility, strong sense of ownership and pro-activeness A/B Testing and analytics experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills and Strong service orientation and attention to detail. HTML, HTML5, xHTML, XML CSS JavaScript (preferred) Education/Certification/License: Preferred Bachelor Degree, will consider experience level in lieu of degree. AEM certification an advantage
