Job Summary

Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Software Engineering and Design Architecture specializing in customer data from all sources into realtime profiles enabling personalized experiences audience segmentation and activation across channels web app email ads using tools like Adobe Experience Platform AEP with governance AI and data science for insights and privacy compliance

Design and develop scalable software solutions with a focus on architecture and engineering best practices Utilize expertise in Adobe AEM to architect and implement robust content management solutions Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate Javabased applications and frontend technologies including Bootstrap CSS and CSS3 Ensure the software architecture aligns with business goals performance and security requirements Participate in code reviews design discussions and technical documentation to maintain highquality standards Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends related to Adobe AEM and software architecture Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the team

Technical Skills

Proficiency with Adobe Experience Platform AEP components

Understanding of data modeling schemas and data warehousing SnowflakeDatabricks integration

Familiarity with data science AIML concepts for insights

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and implementation of Adobe AEMbased solutions Develop and enforce software engineering best practices and design patterns Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs Oversee the integration of frontend technologies such as Bootstrap CSS and CSS3 with backend Java components Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software architecture and Adobe AEM Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and scalability Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge
