Your role

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Campaign Specialist with a strong background in Adobe Campaign Classic (Neolane). You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the platform, resolving production issues, and ensuring seamless campaign execution. This role requires close collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-performing marketing solutions.

In this role, you will play a key role in:

Supporting and maintaining the Adobe Campaign Classic platform for enterprise clients. Managing production issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing permanent fixes. Monitoring campaign workflows and ensuring smooth execution. Coordinating with cross-functional teams for system-related activities and integrations. Maintaining optimal performance of Adobe Campaign servers and collaborating with DBAs.
