Role Summary

Design build and optimize multichannel campaigns in Adobe Campaign Standard ACS including triggered journeys audience segmentation dynamic content and data integrations Collaborate with marketing data engineering and product teams to deliver scalable and measurable campaigns

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage multiwave multichannel campaigns email push SMS using ACS workflows and templates



Implement dynamic content personalization and compliance standards



Configure eventbased triggers and recurring automations



Optimize workflows for performance and scalability



Define data schemas create segments and manage data importsexports



Integrate ACS with CRM CDP and analytics tools via RESTSOAP APIs



Monitor KPIs design AB tests and provide actionable insights through dashboards

Required Qualifications

Handson experience with Adobe Campaign Standard workflows deliveries profiles



Strong JavaScript skills for personalization and workflow customization



Expertise in schema design data manipulation and segmentation



Experience with RESTSOAP APIs and webhooks



Solid understanding of email fundamentals HTMLCSS deliverability tracking



Ability to design AB tests and interpret analytics



Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
