We have a critical opening with our client for Adobe Campaign Specialist role for Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai/Gurugram/Coimbatore location.
Experience : 4 to 10 yrs
Location: Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai/Gurugram/Coimbatore - WFO
Mode of Employment:Contract ( Payroll with CIEL HR)
Job description
Must Have Skills:

• Campaign management tool - Adobe Campaign
• Relational Database Knowledge (RDBMS)
• Good English Communication skills
• SQL Skills - Must be able to write queries
• Experience in HTML, CSS stylesheets

Good to have Skills:

• Ability to write advanced SQL queries and stored procedures
• Front-end web app development
• Client side and Server side JavaScript, CSS, & Responsive design

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently execute campaign process, from instruction receipt to file production, with zero defects
• Translates the client marketing requests into actual output files
• Understand entire campaign process and address any technical or business-related issues impacting the process
• Understand, customize and optimize the entire campaign management process To include new campaign requirements
• Development test, production execution and quality control
• Document the solution and train customers/team members to perform the campaign execution role
• Identify and resolve issues in client instructions prior to execution
• Interface directly with internal teams, to address and manage client requests and communicate status
• Work with our internal business units design, develop and deploy campaign platforms and campaign processes
• Coordinate campaign tasks with the database team and communicate status
• Creates complete QC queries or scripts to verify completeness and accuracy of file output
• Interface directly with client teams, address and manage client requests and communicate status

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master Degree in Computer Science
• Relevant Adobe Experience

= 4 yrs * Strong understanding of relational database design and application

• Understanding of best practices, framework, and design principals in at least 2 of the following areas:
• SQL / PL -SQL
• UNIX / LINUX
