Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore/Chennai

Role Overview

As a QA Engineer specializing in Adobe Analytics you will be responsible for validating the accuracy and reliability of analytics implementations across web and mobile platforms You will work closely with developers analysts and stakeholders to ensure data integrity proper tag deployment and actionable insights through Adobe Analytics and related platforms

Key Responsibilities

Analytics QA Validation



Validate Adobe Analytics tags data layers and tracking implementations across development and production environments



Use tools like Charles Proxy Adobe Debugger Google Console and Selenium for testing



Ensure proper configuration of events props eVars and other Adobe Analytics variables



Platform Testing



Design and execute test plans and test cases for Adobe Experience Platform AEP RealTime CDP RTCDP Adobe Journey Optimizer AJO and Customer Journey Analytics CJA



Perform functional regression integration and UAT testing across channels like email push SMS and Salesforce Marketing Cloud SFMC



Reporting Insights



Collaborate with analytics consultants to develop dashboards and reports using Adobe Analytics and visualization tools



Support business units with adhoc reporting and deepdive analysis



Data Governance Compliance



Implement best practices for data governance and privacy compliance during QA cycles



Monitor and report defects track issues to closure and maintain detailed QA documentation

Required Skills Experience

3 years of experience in Adobe Analytics implementation and reporting



Strong knowledge of web analytics data validation and debugging tools



Experience with SQL BigQuery Dataflow and automation frameworks



Familiarity with Jira test automation and crosschannel activation testing



Excellent communication and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant Adobe certifications eg AEP Adobe Analytics



Experience with SiteCatalyst Adobe Target and Audience Manager



Background in digital marketing SEO and data visualization tools like Excel or Tableau
