CTG is seeking to fill an Adobe AEM Engineer opening for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: Ongoing Contract
Duties:

• Design, develop, and implement Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions and components.
• Customize AEM templates, workflows, and modules to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, UX/UI designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality web experiences.
• Maintain and enhance existing AEM applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve AEM-related technical issues.
• Ensure best practices for AEM development, including code reviews, documentation, and version control.
• Assist in integrating AEM with other digital marketing platforms and enterprise systems.

Skills:

• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x preferred) development and administration.
• Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and related web technologies.
• Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Familiarity with content modeling, templating, components, and workflows in AEM.
• Knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP) integration and cloud platforms.
• Understanding of version control systems (Git, SVN) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe AEM development.
• Experience in full lifecycle development of enterprise-level web applications.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality AEM solutions in a collaborative environment.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience considered.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $97,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
