The Associate Divisional Manager - Talent Acquisition will lead end-to-end talent acquisition, covering leadership hiring, lateral and campus recruitment, sourcing strategy, and key TA projects. The role partners closely with business leaders to deliver high-quality talent, build strong pipelines, and drive efficient, scalable recruitment practices aligned with organizational goals.
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for assigned DICV portfolios
Drive leadership hiring for mid to senior management positions
Manage lateral hiring across functions with focus on quality and turnaround time
Plan and execute campus hiring programs and early career initiatives
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche roles
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities
Manage offer negotiations, candidate closure, and joining governance
Lead and deliver talent acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives
Track and analyze recruitment metrics and present insights to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and ethical hiring standards
Strengthen employer branding through internal and external initiatives
Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure seamless candidate experience
