As an Admissions Telecalling Executive, youll be on the front line of our education revolution.
Not just selling programsxe2x80x94but helping parents and students find a path forward. Youll guide, support, and inform. Youll ask questions that matter and give answers that reassure.
And youll help build trustxe2x80x94one conversation at a time.
What Youll Do:

• Connect with prospective parents and students through outbound and inbound calls.
• Understand their needs, fears, and aspirationsxe2x80x94and guide them toward the right academic fit.
• Clearly communicate the value of our programs, curriculum, and online learning advantages.
• Follow up diligently over phone, email, or WhatsApp to ensure engagement and enrollment.
• Keep our CRM updated with every meaningful interaction.
• Meet (and aim to exceed) your daily, weekly, and monthly conversion .
• Provide a warm, informed, and human experience to every family you interact with.

Requirements

• You believe in the power of educationxe2x80x94and want to be part of changing how its delivered.
• You have 12 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales .
• You communicate confidently in English and Hindi. (Other languages? Even better.)
• Youre not rattled by objectionsxe2x80x94youre energized by them.
• Youre organized, persistent, and know how to follow up without being pushy.
