Admissions Team Lead

to supervise and guide the admissions process and inside sales efforts.

Job Overview:



As the

Admissions Team Lead

, you will oversee the daily operations of the admissions team, ensuring timely processing of student applications--primarily for the

UK and Australia

. You will also lead the

Inside Sales vertical

, which involves coordinating with our active agent network to drive new application inflow. This is a position that requires both strategic oversight and operational execution, along with team leadership and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:


Admissions Management



Lead and supervise the end-to-end application process for UK and Australia (mandatory), with added support for USA, Canada, and Europe (bonus). Ensure all applications are processed accurately and within defined timelines, maintaining high-quality standards and compliance. Oversee document verification, application submissions, offer follow-ups, and visa-related support. Provide guidance and support to the admissions team on country-specific protocols and documentation.

Inside Sales Coordination



Manage and direct daily outreach efforts by the admissions team to active agents across India. Ensure the team consistently follows up with agents for new student applications and resolves agent queries promptly. Drive consistent agent engagement and maintain a pipeline of new applications through effective communication and relationship management.

Team Leadership & Reporting



Supervise a team of admissions executives; assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and support performance improvement. Track and report daily and weekly application metrics, lead conversions, and agent engagement. Provide regular updates to senior management on team output, application statuses, and key bottlenecks. Conduct training sessions to keep the team updated on process changes, compliance requirements, and country-specific guidelines.

Key Requirements:



Minimum 3+ years of experience in international admissions, with

mandatory expertise in UK and Australia applications

. Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role is preferred. Strong understanding of admissions workflow, timelines, and country-specific requirements. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Experience handling CRM systems or admissions platforms to track and process student files. Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Strong follow-up and coordination skills with agents or channel partners. Proven ability to meet application targets and process SLAs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
