Join our vibrant team as the Admissions Coordinator + Administrator , where you will play a crucial role in assisting new students and parents for signing up for our classes.

We're seeking a polished, articulate professional to be the primary point of contact for families interested in our programs. You'll handle inquiries via email and calls, guide families through our programs, admissions process, and ensure every interaction reflects the care & quality experience they can expect from our academy.

Required skills :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English where you naturally communicate with warmth, clarity , empathy and authority. (this will be assessed upfront) Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a trustworthy and professional demeanor. Ability to handle sophisticated parent questions confidently Naturally well organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable representing the academy

Key Responsibilities:

Managing inquiries from interested families via phone, WhatsApp, email, website and Freshdesk. Managing our waitlist - following up with families who were unable to get immediate spots, engaging them with regular updates, and contacting them when classes have openings Coordinating admissions process , class scheduling and induction Open to traveling between our centers in Bangalore for administrative duties as an when required. Travel expenses to different locations are fully reimbursed. Building positive relationships with prospective and current families

Prior work experience in education , private schools , pre-schools, colleges , private training schools , hospitality , corporate environments will be a big advantage.
