DUTY and RESPONSIBILITIES :The Asst. Manager Admissions and Relations is responsible for admissions and maintaining strong Positive relationship with the parents and other stakeholders .Admissions Plan and handle the end-to-end admission process
Design, implement and coordinate the process of lead generation to conversion for various grade levels.
Ensure effective management of enquiries, campus visits and the overall admissions process for improved conversion ratio
Create SOPs, Policies and other process relating to admissions content and documents
Suggest admission policies and procedures in line with government norms and competitive scenarios.
Counselling the students and parents
Conduct one-to-one admission sessions
Generation of leads and conversions through Tele calling, targeted marketing and parent follow ups
Resolution of Enquiries through phone, email, social media handles, and walk-in appointments
Management of the lead database, reports and ERP systems.
Track and analyse admission trends and challenges such sources of leads, location, target audience, conversion rates, leavers, reason for not joining
Manage the database and documentation of students.
Prepare and maintain daily, monthly reports and as when requested by management
Coordinate with apartments to conduct marketing sessions, events and activities
Represent the school for marketing events held outside the school to generate admissions
Draft minutes of meetings for management meetings and communications as required
Handle administrative work as delegated

RELATIONS
Serve as a primary contact for parents / guardians of prospective enrolled students
Communicate effectively with parents via phone, email, and in person meetings to address inquiries and concerns
Build and maintain positive relationships with the parents/guardians to foster trust and build confidence in our School.
Seek feedback from parents and address areas of concern with the principal
Maintain accurate records of parent interactions and admission related communications
Prepare regular reports on admission statics, parent engagement metrics and feedback analysis for management reviews.
Engage with parents, prospective parents, partners, corporates, pre-schools and other stakeholders to create and maintain positive and professional relationships
Visit and Coordinate with Preschools and Corporates for tie ups and engagement events
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Sound knowledge of admissions principles and strategies
Good knowledge of MS Office software suite
Ability to achieve the targets in a timely manner
Take the initiative to volunteer wherever needed
Flexibility with time to work extra hours whenever required
Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Kannada language
Essential awareness of branding, marketing and admission budget, planning and related areas of work
Ability to work in teams and manage crisis
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Flexibility to work in other roles as required for the development and expansion of the School or as suggested by the Principal.
Flexibility to travel to other places as and when required by the School.
