Glam International Academy is seeking a motivated and target-driven

Admissions & Student Counselor

to join our admissions team. The role involves counselling prospective students, tele calling, and converting enquiries into successful admissions while ensuring an excellent student experience.

Key Responsibilities

Convert leads into successful admissions by addressing potential students' concerns and objections Use strong sales and persuasion skills to influence prospective students to enrol in our courses Handle inbound and outbound telecalling, follow-ups, and walk-in enquiries Achieve and exceed monthly targets for admissions, revenue, and fee collection Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, enquiries, and student details Collaborate with trainers and current students to generate referral leads Provide detailed and accurate information about courses, certifications, fees, and career opportunities Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth enrolment processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in admissions counselling, telecalling, sales, or business development

Experience in an educational institute will be an added advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong convincing and negotiation abilities Target-driven and self-motivated Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office preferred
