Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Counselling
Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, eligibility, fees, internships, and career opportunities.
Convert walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries into confirmed admissions.
Conduct campus tours and build trust with students and parents.
Ensure timely and effective follow-ups to maintain high conversion rates.
Sales & Lead Management
Handle daily and monthly admission targets.
Manage leads through CRM, calls, WhatsApp, and email communication.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Participate in admission drives, school/college visits, seminars, and events.
Academic Coordination
Assist students with class schedules, attendance, exams, and academic queries.
Coordinate between students, faculty, and academic departments.
Support academic events, workshops, orientations, and internal activities.
Address student concerns and grievances professionally.
Administrative Support
Maintain student records, files, and admission documentation.
Assist with fee collection, receipts, and payment follow-ups.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inquiries and admissions.
Coordinate with accounts, admin, faculty, and management teams.
Key Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in academic counselling, admissions, or sales preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven mindset with good persuasion and follow-up abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Languages: English, Hindi & Telugu (preferred).
