As an Admissions Officer (Field Sales), you will be at the forefront of student recruitment efforts, working directly with prospective students and educational institutions to drive admissions. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential students, provide them with information about our programs, and guide them through the application process. JobResponsibilities
Perform outreach activities to recruit prospective students.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
Conduct in-person visits to high schools, community colleges, and educational fairs.
Deliver engaging presentations about the institution and its programs.
Manage relationships with school counselors, administrators, and other key stakeholders.
Participate in on- and off-campus events to promote enrollment.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospective student interactions.
Follow up with prospective students through various communication channels.
Assist applicants through the admissions process, including answering questions about programs, admissions criteria, and financial aid.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or admissions.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
