As an Admission Manager / Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving admissions and increasing the conversion rate for our educational programs. Your primary responsibilities will include making cold calls, generating leads, providing student counseling, and maintaining accurate reports. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and possess a passion for education and technology.
Responsibility:
Assist prospective students and parents in the admission process.
Provide information about our school's programs, facilities, and admission requirements.
Conduct counseling sessions to understand students' aspirations and help them make informed decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Collaborate with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm for education and a commitment to student success.
Prior experience in a similar role in a reputed school at Hyderabad is a must.
