Job Description

The Admissions Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to recruit and admit high-quality students to Education Institution. The successful candidate will work closely with the Institution's administration and faculties to develop and implement admission strategies, build relationships with local and international universities, and promote the Institution's programs to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:



? Develop admission strategies, including recruitment plans, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking, to drive student enrollment and retention.

? Build relationships with local and international colleges, schools, and organizations to identify and recruit top students.

? Promote the Institution's programs through presentations, speeches, and other outreach activities at alumni meetings, high school conferences, and community job fairs.

? Design and implement a comprehensive admissions process, including recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, counselling, disciplinary, and communication programs.

? Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to student admissions, including file processing and residency/visa status management.

? Analyze enrollment trends and market data to inform admission strategies and optimize recruitment efforts.

? Develop financial strategies to estimate, forecast, and anticipate admission requirements, aligning monetary resources with business goals.

Requirements:



? Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.

? Proven experience in admissions management or a related field.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

? Strong organizational and time management skills.

? Familiarity with international education trends and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:



? Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.

? Experience in marketing or recruitment in the higher education sector.

? Fluency in multiple languages.

Pay: From ?25,000.00 per month
