Job Description

Role Overview:



The Admission Officer will be responsible for managing the complete admissions process of students for CBSE schools under the ABS Group. The role involves handling inquiries, guiding parents and students, executing admission campaigns, and ensuring effective outreach strategies to achieve student enrollment targets. The officer will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, ensuring a professional, transparent, and supportive admission experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle end-to-end student admission processes from inquiry to enrollment. Counsel prospective parents and students, providing detailed information about the CBSE curriculum, school facilities, academic programs, and admission procedures. Maintain admission records, enquiry registers, and follow-up reports accurately. Conduct school tours and orientation programs for prospective parents. Execute admission and outreach campaigns in collaboration with the PRO and Marketing teams. Develop and maintain relationships with feeder schools, communities, and parent groups. Organize and participate in school promotional activities, open houses, and admission drives. Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students. Prepare periodic reports on admissions status, conversion ratios, and market feedback. Achieve admission targets set by the management within given timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred). 3-5 years of proven experience in

student admissions and outreach in CBSE schools

. Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills. Ability to handle parent queries with patience, professionalism, and clarity. Knowledge of admission processes, CBSE policies, and education sector trends. Proficiency in MS Office, admission management software, and CRM tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
