Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for prospective parents and students.

Handle enquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
Maintain enquiry records and support CRM-based follow-ups.
Coordinate with academic and admin teams for a smooth admissions experience.
Build strong relationships with prospective families.
Eligibility
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Warm, confident, and professional.
Experience in admissions/counselling/customer-facing roles preferred.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree (education or management background preferred).
