Job Description

We are looking for an Admission Officer to handle student enquiries and support the admissions process. The role involves counseling students and parents on courses and admission procedures, ensuring timely follow-ups, and converting enquiries into confirmed admissions. The candidate will maintain accurate records, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to achieving enrollment targets while delivering a positive student experience.

Roles & Responsibilities :



Handle student enquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms Counsel students and parents on courses and admission procedures Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into admissions Maintain admission data and update CRM systems Support monthly enrollment targets

Skills & Requirements :



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good counseling and follow-up abilities Target-driven and customer-focused approach Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
