Roles and Responsibilities



Responsible for guiding the prospective students and their parents about learning experience in Lakshya.

Counsel students and parents about the courses conducted at Lakshya and help students choose the appropriate courses

Handle Objections and price negotiations to generate sales and revenue.

Conversion of leads received through the calls or other marketing channels.

Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.

Have excellent counselling skills and proven expertise in Academic Sales. Clarifying all doubts and queries related to courses, fees so on, and convert Enquiry into Admissions

Exceed targets for Sales, referrals in an Individual Contributor role.

Develop and maintain strategic long term trusting relationships with high volume customers.

Document and update CRM with daily activities required on Google Forms


Requirements



Any degree/PG

1 to 4 Years experience in B2C Sales.

Have Good Communication Skills in English and Malayalam with Professional mannerism.

B2C Sales experience.

Possess sound knowledge and understanding of customers (Students/Parents).

Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets.

Comfortable working for 6 days.

Fixed pay with monthly incentives based on sales performance.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,811.81 per month
