The Admissions Officer is responsible for planning, managing, and executing the student admission process for Intermediate, Degree, and Postgraduate programs, as well as guiding overseas applicants. The role involves student counseling, documentation, coordination with academic and administrative teams, and building partnerships with schools, universities, and international agencies to ensure smooth enrollment and high-quality student experience.
Key Responsibilities1. Admissions & Enrollment
Manage end-to-end admission process for Intermediate, Degree, and PG programs.
Handle overseas student inquiries, applications, and admission formalities.
Conduct admission interviews, counseling sessions, and aptitude assessments where required.
Ensure timely communication with applicants regarding application status, selection, and enrollment.
Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
2. Counseling & Guidance
Counsel students and parents on program options, eligibility, career pathways, and international opportunities.
Provide guidance on admission criteria, fee structures, scholarships, and financial aid.
Assist overseas students with visa processes, documentation, and travel guidance.
3. Outreach & Marketing
Organize admission campaigns, education fairs, school/college visits, and online webinars.
Develop strong networks with feeder schools, counselors, and overseas recruitment agencies.
Work with the marketing team to prepare admission brochures, digital campaigns, and promotional content.
4. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to institutional, university, and government admission regulations.
Oversee the verification of academic documents, eligibility certificates, and international equivalencies.
Coordinate with embassies, regulatory boards, and accrediting bodies for overseas students.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Collaborate with academic departments, exam cell, and finance team for smooth onboarding.
Prepare admission reports, enrollment statistics, and forecasts for management review.
Track conversion ratios (inquiries ? applications ? admissions) and recommend strategies to improve them.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in student admissions, counseling, or educational administration.
Experience handling overseas student recruitment will be an added advantage.
Fluency in English (and local languages like Telugu/Hindi preferred); knowledge of foreign languages is a plus.
