Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute annual admissions strategy to meet enrollment targets.
Handle student inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
Conduct career counseling sessions and guide students on course selection.
Plan and organize admission campaigns, seminars, school/college visits, and education fairs.
Build and manage a team of admission counselors/telecallers.
Maintain and update student database and admission reports (CRM / Excel).
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Education, Business Administration or related field.
3-7 years
of experience in admissions, counseling, or educational sales.
Strong presentation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
