Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Admissions Manager

to lead student recruitment and drive admissions for our upcoming college. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in educational sales, counseling, or college admissions, and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute annual admissions strategy to meet enrollment targets. Handle student inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and digital platforms. Conduct career counseling sessions and guide students on course selection. Plan and organize admission campaigns, seminars, school/college visits, and education fairs. Build and manage a team of admission counselors/telecallers. Maintain and update student database and admission reports (CRM / Excel). Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Education, Business Administration or related field.

3-7 years

of experience in admissions, counseling, or educational sales. Strong presentation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
