Alongside admissions, they will also support small but important marketing tasks to keep the school visible, warm, and connected to the parent community.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Handling & Parent Communication
Respond to all incoming calls, messages, and enquiries across platforms.
Maintain daily logs of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Nurture relationships with prospective parents with warmth and clarity.
Coordinate call-backs and follow-up schedules to keep communication timely.
2. School Walkthroughs & Parent Orientation
Schedule and organise school tours with efficiency and attention to detail.
Ensure the environment is prepared before every walkthrough.
Conduct pre-orientation calls and share necessary documents with parents.
Provide on-ground support during orientation days.
3. Admissions Coordination
Maintain enquiry-to-admission funnel and prepare weekly progress reports.
Ensure smooth onboarding once a child is admitted.
Coordinate paperwork, fee details, and document collection.
Liaise between parents and the Founder Director for any special queries.
4. Marketing Support
Work with you/Founder to coordinate Instagram updates, reels, testimonials.
Manage simple outreach databases (events, open houses, community engagement).
Support with basic Canva designs (training can be provided).
5. Operational & Team Support
Maintain admissions-related files--physical + digital.
Coordinate with the finance/admin person for fee-related queries.
Help with data entry, phone coordination, and event-based admin tasks.
Share insights from parent conversations to support strategic decisions.

Good spoken English + Bengali/Hindi (basic)

Education
Minimum: Bachelor's degree
in any field(Preferred fields: Education, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Social Work)

Experience

1-2 years of experience in customer service, admissions, counselling, sales, front-desk, or parent communication

Strong verbal communication
Comfortable explaining programs, fee structures, and philosophy
Basic proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Drive, and WhatsApp communication
Willingness to learn simple Canva designs or social media coordination
