Key Responsibilities
Admissions Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute admissions-focused marketing plans aligned with enrollment goals
Support short-term and long-term student recruitment strategies
Analyze enrollment trends, competitor offerings, and target demographics
Lead Generation & Conversion
Generate student inquiries through digital campaigns, events, and partnerships
Manage lead nurturing journeys via email, WhatsApp, SMS, and calls
Track and improve inquiry-to-application and application-to-enrollment ratios
Campaigns, Events & Outreach
Plan and promote open days, campus tours, webinars, school visits, and education fairs
Coordinate on-ground admissions events and follow-up activities
Collaborate with counselors and channel partners
Content & Communication
Create admissions-focused content such as brochures, course flyers, FAQs, and emailers
Ensure clear, accurate communication of programs, eligibility, fees, and timelines
Manage parent and student communication during the admissions cycle
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Admissions Counselors to align messaging and follow-ups
Coordinate with academic teams to understand program offerings
Share insights and reports with leadership for decision-making
Team & Vendor Management (Manager-level)
Lead and train admissions marketing executives or coordinators
Manage agencies, digital vendors, CRM tools, and event partners
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of student recruitment and admissions processes
Experience in lead generation, CRM, and funnel management
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Analytical mindset with strong reporting abilities
Ability to manage multiple admissions cycles simultaneously
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
MBA or Master's degree preferred for Manager role
3-8 years
of experience in admissions marketing or education sales
