West Mount Study Abroad is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admission Manager to oversee and manage the student admission process. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a sense of accountability, and expertise in managing client relationships within a study abroad context.
Key Requirements
The successful candidate must demonstrate competence and experience in the following areas:
Accountability and Ownership:
Possessing a high level of responsibility and dedication towards achieving enrollment targets and managing all aspects of the admissions cycle.
Team Leadership (Preferred):
Experience in leading and motivating an admission or sales team within the study abroad sector is highly advantageous.
CRM Proficiency:
Essential knowledge and practical experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for managing leads, tracking applications, and reporting.
