Requirements
What You'll Do
This role involves guiding students for admissions, counselling them clearly, and driving conversions through sales via calling.

• Make outbound & inbound calls to students and parents to counsel them on courses and colleges

• Understand student goals, preferences, and challenges to provide accurate guidance

• Recommend the best academic pathways based on their needs

• Build trust with families through clarity, empathy, and strong communication

• Maintain strong follow-ups to move students through the admissions funnel

• Convert interested leads into admissions through ethical, value-driven persuasion

• Keep CRM logs, call notes, and follow-up records updated

• Coordinate with operations & counselling teams to support end-to-end onboarding

Who We're Looking For

• Excellent communication (Hindi + English)

• Ability to simplify complex educational information

• Persuasive yet empathetic counselling style

• Target-driven, disciplined, and consistent

• Freshers welcome if communication is strong

• Strong calling skills + follow-up mindset is essential
