Job Description


Job Purpose: You will be responsible to further optimize Study Group’s “Student Experience” agenda as one of the success criteria based on the guiding principles of performance and data driven organization. This will involve designing, developing and implementing effective processes, tools and programs to elevate the standard of our Global Admissions Operations. This will include ongoing enforcement of efficient standardised Global Admissions Process to achieve consistent service level agreement and highest quality of student recruitment Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder management and project collaboration.
  • Implement operations performance benchmarking by ranking performance across different teams to improve overall average performance
  • Drive best practice implementation and continuous improvements
  • Communicate timely performance status to leadership team for awareness and necessary actions
  • Implement programs to motivate admissions team, through short term/ annual competitions
  • Identify and reduce/eliminate down time / time stealers in order to maximize efforts on operations effectiveness
  • Monitoring and reinforcing progress and adoption of process improvements, sales force (RIO) and best practices across all Admissions teams
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure processes, tools, and programs are embedded in standard operating procedurs, inclusive of standard measurements.

Qualifications & Training:
  • degree preferred.
Experience Required:
  • Strong proven shared services background – performance & skills – either within Study Group or external
  • Experience in developing/implementing process flow and CRM (salesforce.com) for a large, shared services team
  • Proven track record in structured problem solving through problem identification & analysis, and solution development & implementation
