Role Purpose: Build and manage the admissions engine using SPANCO sales process.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Lead counselor team.
Implement admissions CRM & sales scripts.
Ensure target student intake.
KPIs:
Conversion rate >20%.
Lead cost optimization.
Admissions completed by cycle deadlines.
Skills: Sales leadership, CRM, communication.
Qualifications: MBA/PGDM (Marketing/Sales).
Experience: 8-12 years in admissions/sales leadership.
