Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents via email, phone, and in-person
Guide applicants through the admissions process, including document collection and eligibility checks
Review and verify application materials for completeness and accuracy
Coordinate campus tours, open houses, and admission events
Maintain and update applicant records in the admissions database
Collaborate with academic departments to align admissions criteria with program requirements
Support marketing efforts by preparing promotional materials and attending education fairs
Generate reports on admissions trends and provide insights for improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in admissions or student services (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with CRM systems and student information databases
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
