This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor/Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru. The individual will be responsible for advising prospective students on educational programs, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves promoting EduKyu's programs to potential students, conducting sales outreach, and building relationships with educational institutions. Daily tasks will include following up with leads, organizing informational sessions, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Sales experience and ability to conduct outreach
Knowledge of the Education sector
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in admissions or educational counseling is a plus
