Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused

Admission Counselor

to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate will counsel students, convert leads into enrollments, and ensure a smooth and positive admission experience.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, and admission process Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and follow-ups Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets Maintain accurate student data in CRM and MIS reports Resolve student queries related to admissions, fees, and documentation Coordinate with internal teams for enrollment and onboarding Participate in admission campaigns and promotional activities Ensure high levels of student satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as an Admission Counselor / Education Counselor / Sales Executive Strong communication, counseling, and persuasion skills Experience in inside sales / telesales / education sales preferred Target-driven mindset with good closing abilities Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel Graduate / MBA preferred
