Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about training programs, internships, and placement opportunities.

Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries effectively.

Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.

Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Coordinate with the academic and placement teams for student onboarding.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students and ensure a positive experience. Employment Express Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or Counseling preferred).

0-3 years of experience in Admission Counsellor or similar roles (Freshers are welcome).

Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.

Strong convincing and counseling ability.

Target-driven and self-motivated individual.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

Prior experience in counseling, sales, or education will be an advantage.

Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹460,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
