Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries from prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Counsel students about courses, eligibility, and career outcomes. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions. Maintain records of daily inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions. Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality. Provide a positive and professional experience to all students.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in student counseling, preferably in the education sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven. Basic computer and CRM handling skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
