Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain records of daily inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality.
Provide a positive and professional experience to all students.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in student counseling, preferably in the education sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
