Role Overview:
The Admissions Counselor will manage student inquiries, provide detailed information about programs, and ensure a smooth admissions process while maintaining strong relationships with parents and the school community.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents.
Conduct counseling sessions to explain curriculum, fees, and school facilities.
Guide parents and students through application, enrollment, and admission procedures.
Schedule campus visits, open houses, and parent meetings.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollment data.
Collaborate with the academic and admin team to ensure a seamless admission process.
Address parent concerns and provide exceptional service to enhance the school's reputation.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Previous experience in admissions or counseling is a plus.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
