Explain course details, faculty, and the institute's track record
Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries from students and parents
Maintain records and follow up with prospective students
Support the admissions team and build a strong brand presence
Requirements:
Knowledge of UPSC Civil Services Exam, TGPSC and APPSC group -1 and group -2 exams is a plus
1-4 years of experience in the UPSC coaching industry
(Admissions or Sales role preferred)
Fluent in
English, Telugu, and Hindi
Graduate or higher
Basic knowledge of
MS Office
Friendly, proactive, and a strong team player
Strong communication and persuasion skills
